From an Engineering Idea to a Trusted Coffee Grinder

The story of Blessing Coffee Grinder began in 1988, when Mr. Ibrahim Dandan, founder of DTI, designed and engineered the first generation of what would become the Blessing Coffee Grinder.

At a time when commercial coffee grinding equipment was largely dependent on imported machinery, Mr. Ibrahim Dandan set out to develop a grinder that could meet the practical demands of professional coffee businesses while offering reliable performance, robust construction, and consistent grinding results.

After years of development and refinement, the grinder was introduced to the market in the early 1990s, marking the beginning of Blessing's journey as a commercial coffee grinding solution. Its development was driven by a simple principle: build equipment that works reliably, performs consistently, and is made to last.

In 1995, the grinder was officially patented in Lebanon under Patent No. 5726 by the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Republic of Lebanon, providing formal recognition and protection for the invention.
